You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

You agree not to create, share, or distribute content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, or violates any third-party rights through our platform.

You retain ownership of all content you create using DeepDraft. By using our services, you grant us a limited license to process and store your content solely for the purpose of providing our services.

DeepDraft and all related technology, software, and intellectual property are owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on our platform.

Content generated by our AI tools is provided as-is. While you may use AI-generated content, you are responsible for ensuring it meets your needs and complies with applicable laws and regulations.

Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as specifically stated in our refund policy.

We reserve the right to change our pricing at any time. We will provide at least 30 days' notice of any price increases for existing subscribers.

Payments are processed by third-party payment processors. You agree to provide accurate payment information and authorize us to charge your payment method for all applicable fees.

We strive to maintain high service availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We are not liable for any damages resulting from service interruptions or technical issues.

While our AI strives for accuracy, we do not guarantee the correctness, completeness, or reliability of AI-generated content. Users are responsible for reviewing and verifying all content before use.

In no event shall DeepDraft be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting our support team or through your account settings. Upon termination, your access to paid features will cease at the end of your current billing period.

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or for any other reason at our sole discretion, with or without notice.

Upon termination, your right to use our services will cease immediately. We may delete your account and all associated data, though we may retain certain information as required by law.
